Opening Fourth Secretariat International Nations Cultural Festival at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad ( Archive )
The fourth Secretariat International Nations Cultural Festival was opened with the presence of the Deputy of Cultural and Social Affairs of the Ministry of Science Research and Technology, and the Deputy of Cultural and Social Students' Affairs of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
At the ceremony, Mrs. Dr. Zeynab Moazen Zadeh gave a brief explanation about the position of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and the office of International Students.
There was also an introduction about the festival and its side programs.
Then Dr. Ghaffari, Deputy of Cultural Affairs of the ministry, gave thanks for holding the ceremony, saying that due to the importance of these cultural and social events that bring about closeness and friendship between nations, the festival will have the support of the deputy.
