16th Graduation Ceremony for Non-Iranian Students of Universities and Higher Education Institutions of Iran was held in July, 2018, where Prof. Kafi, FUM President, Dr. Alizadeh, Director General of Non-Iranian Students Affairs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. Alaei, Head of Department of Consulate Affairs of MSRT, Dr. Ghabool, Director of International Scientific and Academic Relations and Foreign Student Affairs, and Dr. Moazzenzadeh, the Head of the International Student Office of FUM, attended the ceremony at FUM.
Dr. Moazzenzadeh, Head of the International Students Office of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, said: "1,300 foreign students from 23 countries are studying at Ferdowsi University.
She continued that the International Student Office is trying to be a link between foreign students and FUM. She addressed the non-Iranian Students: You have acquired commitment and expertise along with the Iranian students at FUM; your countries need your endeavor and persistence; you're the cause of pride for your countries. It is an honor for FUM to have trained these professionals.
