MOU Signed between FUM and University of Hama, Syria ( Archive )
A high-ranking delegation, consisting of the President of University of Hama, Syria, and 21 deputies and heads of faculties and directors from the said university, signed a memorandum of understanding with Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
Prof. Mohammad Kafi, President of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, referred to the signing of the memorandum as a priority of the countries of the region for development of academic-university relations, and considering the acceptable capacities of University of Hama, announced the readiness of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad to participate in Syria's development activities and scientific-research projects.
Dr. Ziad Soltan, President of University of Hama, pointed to the technological advancements in Iran and the privileged position of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in Iran, called for the implementation of the signed memorandum of understanding between Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and University of Hama in various respects.
Delegation of University of Hama visited the Center for Advanced Technology Development, Food Industry Plant, the Air-Sun Institute and the Central Library of FUM, and had a meeting with Syrian university students at the end of their visit.
