Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and Technical and Vocational University with the participation of Professor Mohammad Kafi, President of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM) and Dr. Ebrahim Salehi, President of Technical and Vocational University (TVU).

According to the MoU, the two universities will collaborate on the following:

• Professional training for non-Iranian students of FUM by TVU.


• Teaching the Persian language to non-Iranian students of TVU.


• Using the capacity of both sides in the laboratory, library, welfare, faculty, for international students and guests.

The President of FUM underlined the importance of signing this MoU on the one hand, the cooperation of FUM with the TVU on Persian Studies and Development and Scientific Diplomacy, and on the other hand, the capacity of TVU to serve as a suitable platform for training international students of FUM.

Dr. Salehi Omran, president of TVU, praised the increasing success of FUM in international affairs and called for the international scientific cooperation of the two universities.

It is worth mentioning that the first implementation of this MoU, which was carried out by the International Scientific Collaboration Management and non-Iranian Students' Affairs of FUM, is teaching the Persian language to 50 international students of TVU at the International Center for Teaching Persian Language to Non-Persian Speakers of FUM.
