Electronic software of the comprehensive household relief system for "Red Crescent Society" which is designed and produced by Behin Rahvard Behbood Company, one of the knowledge-based companies active in the Center for Knowledge-based Business Incubator of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, was operatively tested on September 2, 2020 during a ceremony in Mashhad with the presence of its managers in Khorasan Razavi.

Mehdi Valipour, head of the Red Crescent Society for Relief and Rescue, described the "feasibility, transfer, and distribution of relief items to the victims" as one of the requirements and sensitivities of the Red Crescent Society at the time of the accident. He said that using this software in case of the expected performance and expanding its application in the country, the correct distribution of auxiliary items among the victims, the security of items as well as monitoring and control over their usability will be fully possible.

He mentioned the various stages of assessing accidents, providing assistance to victims, and providing relief services to them in the framework of crisis management, as one of the most important tasks of the Red Crescent population and said: This software will assist "Red Crescent Society" in providing timely and adequate relief and assistance services.
