On behalf of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, I would like to express condolence to Your Excellency, the noble nation of Afghanistan, the academic community, and also the families of the victims.

The ancient land of Khorasan has included the common language, religion, and culture of the two lands of Afghanistan and Iran in its history, and the family of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, which has diligent and talented students from friendly and brotherly country of Afghanistan, doubles the bitter from this event which is arising from prejudice and ignorance, and mourns and considers himself a partner in this great grief with Your Excellency, the academics and the people of Afghanistan.

May the Almighty God grant the divine graces, have mercy for the dead and give patience and forbearance, as well as pride for Your Excellency and the academics of Kabul.
