Prof. Javan Jafari, the President of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, met and discussed with Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, Deputy Coordinator of the General Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army on Sunday, June 25, 2025,

In this meeting, which was attended by a group of commanders of the Navy, Air Force, Passive Defense, and Rangers of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, in addition to emphasizing the expansion of cooperation between Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and the executive branches, issues such as utilizing the capacity and capabilities of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad students and the capacities of the Faculty of Engineering in the field of defense production were discussed.

Admiral Sayyari, while expressing his pleasure at being at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and the invitation to participate in the grand program linking epics from Toos to Khorramshahr, considered such programs to be a factor in strengthening religious and national identity. In this regard, he appreciated and thanked the university president.
