A memorandum of understanding for cooperation in scientific and research fields was signed between Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and the National Iranian Oil Company in the presence of Prof. Javan Jafari, President of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Eng. Motahari, Director of Research and Technology of the National Oil Company, and Engineer Ghazal, Director of Operations of the National Southern Oilfields Company.
