A Faculty Member of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad has achieved Rajabalipour Award in the Field of Pure Mathematics

At the 13th International Seminar on Linear Algebra and Its Applications, hosted by Arak University in Ordibehesht 1404, the Rajabalipour Prize in the field of pure mathematics was awarded to Prof. Mohammad Sal Moslehian, a faculty member of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. This award was given to Prof. Sal Moslehian in recognition of his influential research in the field of linear algebra, especially in the field of linear operators on matrices and Hilbert spaces with infinite dimension, as well as the geometry of these spaces.

Prof. Sal Moslehian is one of the prominent figures in Iranian mathematics, whose research has been published in prestigious journals in this field, such as the Journal of Linear Algebra and Its Applications (Elsevier), Linear and Multilinear Algebra (Taylor & Francis), and the Journal of Operator Theory (published by the Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy and the American Mathematical Society).

The Rajabalipour Prize is one of the prestigious scientific awards of the Iranian Mathematical Society, presented every two years to the best researchers in the field of linear algebra, encompassing both pure and applied aspects. This prize not only reflects the scientific excellence of researchers in this field but also serves as an essential step towards promoting fundamental research in Iranian mathematics.
