Prof. Reza Lotfi, Professor of Electrical Engineering, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, won the Dr. Seyed Mehdi Fakhraei Award from IEEE Branch of Iran.


The Dr. Mehdi Fakhraei Award is given for honoring valuable services and outstanding scientific and industrial activities, as well as preserving the living memory of Dr. Seyed Mehdi Fakhraei, a distinguished professor at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Tehran.


This award is given annually to a faculty member in the field of electrical or computer engineering in the fields of microelectronics, hardware, and digital systems, based on the evaluation and recognition of the jury.
