Memorandum of Understanding between Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and Thi Qar University ( Archive )
Following the visit of Professor Riyadh Jabur, the President of Thi Qar University and his accompanying delegate to Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, the Iraqi delegate met with Professor Mohammad Kafi, the president of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad on 25 February and a memorandum of understanding was signed between the two sides.
During this meeting which was also attended by officials from both universities, the two sides had negotiations about mutual research projects, student exchange and academic assistance of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad to Thi Qar University. These negotiations ultimately led to the signing of a memorandum of understanding. The Iraqi delegate would visit other research centers and academic units at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad during the remaining days of their visit
