"The Second National Water Technology Festival: Unconventional Water (Salt and Waste Water)" at the initiative of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and with the assistance of the Vice President of Technology of the Presidency, relying on experts, researchers, inventors, scientific elites and leading designers throughout the country in December 2018 (Simultaneously with the research week) will be held in three parts: science, technology and culture.

The second festival focuses on the areas of water (saltwater and sewage) for the following purposes:

1- Development of the spirit of innovation, flourishing, texture and scientific and technological activities in the field of unconventional waters (salt and sewage water)

2- Effectiveness of innovative activities and promotion of the level of interaction between public centers, private sector and educational and research centers

3- Identification, introduction and basis for supporting innovators

4- Create a business platform for innovative applications and new technologies
