FUM faculty member, Dr. Adel Sepehr took part at an event Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, as the official representative of Iran for establishment of Asian Geography Association, where representatives of other Asian counties also convened.

Accordingly, it was decreed that Asian Geography Association to be established on December 7^th and 8^th, in the time frame of the fourth conference on geography, with participation of more than 20 Asian
counties.
