Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

Wednesday, April 18, 12 member-delegation from the University of Sunan Ampel Indonesia visited the head office of international students of Ferdowsi University.

At the beginning of the visit, the head of the office talked about Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, as being the country's third best university, and briefed the delegation about the faculties and research and information centers there. Also noted that Ferdowsi University of Mashhad has collaborative agreements with top universities in the world, therefore it enjoys a broad scientific research communication with the world's scientific communities. Dr. Mozzan Zadeh then went on introducing the International Students' Office and announced Ferdowsi University's readiness to initiate a scientific communication with the University of Sunan Ampel Indonesia.

In continuation, Dr. Chahar Mahli explained to the guests about the history of Ferdowsi's international center for teaching Persian language to non-Persian speakers. The representative of the Indonesian delegation then introduced the delegation members of the University of Sunan Ampel expressing his gratefulness and pleasure to visit Ferdowsi University of Mashhad pointing out the distinguished position of Ferdowsi University and announcing their readiness to establish a bilateral scientific collaboration especially in what concerns professors and students' exchange and holding conferences and academic joint training courses.
