Dr. Mohammad Mustafa Ghafourian, a postdoctoral researcher at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM), has received a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions or MSCA scholarship.

The Marie Curie Fund is one of the most prestigious and competitive awards of the European Union for researchers to present their ideas in collaboration with one of the institutions or universities approved by the European Union member states.

This scholarship, with the total support of about 230,000 euros for two years, is hosted by Dr. Ahmed Arab Kohsar, a member of the faculty of the Technical University of Denmark (ranked 104 in QS), and will be with a 6-month study opportunity in Austria, at TU Wien.

It should be noted that Dr. Ghafourian is a post-doctoral researcher of Prof. Hamid Niazmand, a member of the faculty of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, and a member of the research group of nanotechnologies in renewable energies of FUM.
