A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the two institutions in a meeting attended by Dr. Zabett, the president of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and Seyed Amir Shushtri, the director general of education in Khorasan Razavi on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

The subject of this MoU is joint scientific and research cooperation, holding seminars and training courses, providing specialized psychological and consulting services, exchanging specialized knowledge in educational and research policy processes, as well as using library and laboratory facilities, etc. In this meeting, the two sides’ officials expressed their hope that by using each other's capacities and scientific facilities, they would be able to improve and synergize the two organizations.
