During a ceremony with the presence of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology and the Deputy Minister of Education of this Ministry, and the Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution; Prof. Behrouz Mehram, a faculty member of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, was honored as an educational leader. This ceremony was held on July 2, 2023, at Shahid Beheshti University.

It should be noted that 18 academic staff members out of 300 academic staff members nominated by the universities as educational leaders and 14 from the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution were nominated and honored as the leaders of theorizing, criticism, and debate chairs.
