The Department of Statistics of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad achieved a 151-200 rank of the ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects in 2018. The Department of Statistics of Harvard, Berkeley, and Stanford universities ranked first to third in this ranking.
It should be noted that the Department of Statistics of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad is the only statistical Department from Iran in this ranking and there are many world reputable universities above the Department of Statistics of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the ranking.
