The international student formula car competition, which is the most prestigious competition at the student level that is held every year in the world, this year is hosted by Italy over a period of 5 days, from July 12 to 16, 2023 at the Riccardopalti track near the city of Parma. In this competition, 65 teams from 21 countries participated in this tournament. These competitions were held in three categories: internal combustion, electric, and self-driving cars.

The student team of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, who participated in this competition with Raham's car, with the guidance of Dr. Farhad Kalahan, a member of the academic staff, and the effective support of the director of the Mechanical Education Department of the Faculty of Engineering, competed in the category of internal combustion vehicles with 22 teams.

This competition consisted of three general sections, including static tests, entrance tests, and dynamic tests, which succeeded in the final ranking according to the points obtained in various static items, especially dynamic ones, with a rank of 13 in a better position than other universities. The countries of France (16th rank), Spain (with two cars ranked 17th and 18th), and England (last rank) were placed.
