B.A. Program In this program, social, political, and economic matters are analyzed according to the existing laws in Islam. Graduates will naturally become familiar with Islamic Jurisprudence and Figh, and they will be able to function as specialists in this realm. A minimum of 136 semester hours of credit is required for this degree. M.A. and Ph.D. Program There are presently 40 M.A. and 20 Ph.D. students in the Department.
