Center for Documents and Scientific Records of Eminent University Figures

The Center for Documents and Scientific Records of Eminent University Figures was established in 2004 to serve as the official repository for historically significant documents and scientific records of eminent university figures. After a long period of being inactive, the center was activated again in 2013. The center for Documents and Scientific Records of Eminent University Figures aims to preserve all documents, including pictures, photos, films, oral or documented memories, and interviews which reflect the University's origins and development, as well as the activities, and achievements of its key figures for future generations.

Activities

• Orderly retention and disposition of all records of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad relating to its origins and development
• Collection, retention, and publication of Eminent University Figures’ works
• Collection of graduate student’s memories, manuscripts, pictures, films, and mementos
• Annual commemoration ceremony of the university eminent and elite figures and publication of “Roshanan-e- Daneshgah” in their honor. More
