Office of Industrial Relations

In line with the mission of the Office of Industrial Relations at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad aims to solve social problems and enhance knowledge production and technology development. Its activities consist of investigating social issues, defining necessary projects, negotiating research contracts, and carrying out these research projects by faculty collaboration. The Office of Industrial Relations is responsible for contracts of extra-organizational research projects, student internships and recruitment, supporting postgraduate students’ thesis, signing cooperation agreements with different organizations, and industry participation of students.

Aims and responsibilities of Office of Industrial Relations

  • Developing dynamic relations between the university and the society
  • Encouraging practical and demand-driven research
  • Providing the proper infrastructures for practical and developmental research at Ferdowsi university of Mashhad
  • Establishing effective communication between R&D units in industry, public and private sectors
  • Identifying problems and issues in the society, defining proper projects and conducting those projects through extra-organizational research contracts
  • Being responsible for the process of extra-organizational research contracts
  • Signing contracts and research projects with organizations and clients More
