Agricultural machinery is one of the most revolutionary and important applications of modern technology. The truly elemental human need for food has often driven the development of technology and machines. Over the last 250 years, advances in farm equipment have transformed the way people are employed and produce their food worldwide. The principal goal of the Dept. of Agricultural Machinery is to train specialists for the purpose of achieving self-sufficiency in agriculture, specifically in designing and manufacturing agricultural machinery. After the completion of the Bachelor's degree, students will be able to serve in factories that manufacture tractors and in the Ministry of Jihad-E-Agriculture. Moreover, students will be prepared to teach at the Associate's degree level. A minimum of 135 hours of credit is required for Bachelor's degree. The Dept. currently offers degrees at the Associate's and Master's levels.
