Department of Islamic Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Law
Department of Islamic Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Law provides the chance for students to address and examine a wide range of economic, social, and political issues in the light of Islamic law. The graduates are specialized in Islamic and legal subject areas including Islamic Precepts, Islamic Law, Inference Principles, and Principles of Jurisprudence and can work as leading specialists in the related fields and disciplines.
The following objectives are proposed to meet the aim of this department:
- To make students familiar with Jurisprudence knowledge and Islamic Law
- To prepare jurisprudence and law specialists to respond to the needs of different cultural, educational, legal and judicial institutions. More
